Vaccination Requirements

Your child needs to be up to date on his/her immunizations to be in compliance with the state law and be able to attend public school.

Immunization Clinic

Routine immunizations and tuberculosis skin testing for infants, children and adults.

Fees
  • Children's vaccines (2 months to 18 years of age): $5 per child per visit
  • Shots for Tots and Teens - $5   
  • Adult vaccines:
Td & Tdap - $10
Hepatitis B, MMR, Pneumonia, HPV, Hepatitis A-$25
Meningitis-$110
Seasonal Flu Shots - $20 or Medicare Part B (when available)
